My Approach

At Live Well Mental Health, Stephanie brings over 35 years of experience as a Registered Psychotherapist (BA(Hon) Psychology, MA Counselling Psychology, RP) to her practice, offering compassionate, client-centred care rooted in trauma-informed and holistic healing. With a deep understanding of how mind and body interact in the healing process, Stephanie supports individuals through life’s most painful and complex challenges with calmness, warmth, and clinical expertise.

Specializing in complex trauma, Stephanie creates a therapeutic space grounded in emotional safety, compassion, non-judgment, and respect.
